☑️ How Our Classes Work: The Empath's Healing Journey is a seated meditation experience. Each week we work directly with clairvoyant energy tools to create real, measurable energetic shifts in your field. Come comfortable, come curious, and come ready to receive.

☑️ A few things to set yourself up for success: 

Feet flat on the floor during all meditations. No crossed legs or tucked feet. Grounding is the foundation of everything we do here.

Bring something to sip. You will likely want it during class.

Put the pen down. You have lifetime access to every recording, so your only job during class is to be fully present.

Mute yourself when each meditation segment begins. If you join after class has already started, mute immediately in case we are already in meditation.

 
☑️ A Note on Sharing: There will be time for discussion and sharing between segments, and I warmly invite you to validate your experience out loud. Please be mindful that these recordings will be available to students who were not on the live call. Share what feels right in a public setting.

☑️ Make Sure My Emails Find You: All of your class reminders, bonus deliveries, and updates will arrive by email. Please take one of these three steps right now so nothing gets lost:
