Welcome to Creating Harmony, operated by Positive Behavior Supports Plus, Inc., doing business as Creating Harmony (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using our website, courses, digital products, memberships, or services (collectively, the “Services”) hosted on the Kajabi platform.

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or participate in our offerings.

 

 

Overview of Services

Creating Harmony offers intuitive and spiritual coaching, clairvoyant medium readings, energy healing sessions, animal communication, group programs, online courses, digital products, and membership communities. We also host occasional events, meditations, and classes.

All Services are educational and spiritual in nature and are not substitutes for licensed medical, psychological, veterinary, or financial advice.

 

Booking, Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

Individual Sessions (including Animal Communication):  Cancellations or reschedules require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.

• Sessions canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a $25 rescheduling fee, payable prior to booking your new appointment.
• No refunds are provided for individual sessions, missed appointments, or late cancellations.
  

Group Programs, Courses, and Memberships:  Refund policies for group offerings and memberships are clearly stated on each respective checkout page. Please review those details carefully before purchase.

Refunds

Refunds are available only as outlined below:

• Digital Products: Eligible for a 45-day refund if you can provide reasonable proof that you fully engaged with the product as intended and did not experience the promised transformation or learning outcomes.
• Membership Community: Eligible for a 30-day refund if you can provide proof of active participation (e.g., attendance, completed exercises).
• Group Programs/Courses: Refund policies may vary by program and will be specified at the point of sale.
• All other purchases, including individual coaching, readings, and animal communication sessions, are non-refundable.  

 

Payments

Payments are processed securely through Kajabi Payments, which may include installment options via Afterpay and Klarna.

Payment plans through Afterpay and Klarna are managed directly through those platforms.

If a payment fails, you will be notified and must resolve the issue immediately to avoid interruption of access.

Access may be revoked for nonpayment until the balance is paid in full.

For membership programs, failure to resolve a failed payment promptly may result in termination of access, and re-enrollment will be subject to current pricing.

Late Fees: At this time, the Company does not charge late fees for payment delays.

Late Rescheduling/Cancellation Fees: A $25 fee applies to sessions rescheduled or canceled within 24 hours of the appointment time.

Access & Use of Materials

You are granted lifetime access to recordings and course materials for personal use only. You agree not to share, sell, copy, or redistribute any content, meditations, recordings, or course materials without written permission.

Individual Session Recordings: Once downloaded, these may be shared with family or friends at your discretion. The Company assumes no responsibility for how these recordings are used after download.

Energy Work Safety: Please keep all downloaded materials private. These tools are designed for use within a supported container, and engaging in deep energy work without appropriate guidance or grounding may result in discomfort or energetic imbalance.

Conduct in Group Settings

All participants agree to uphold a respectful and sacred environment during live and recorded sessions.

• Recognize the divinity within yourself and others.
  
  
• Share only what you are comfortable sharing in a group setting.
  
  
• Be mindful that group sessions are recorded and used as educational content for future courses.
  
  
• The Company reserves the right to remove participants who engage in disrespectful, disruptive, or harmful behavior without refund.
  
  

Intellectual Property

All content, recordings, materials, meditations, graphics, and text are the property of Creating Harmony,operated by Positive Behavior Supports Plus, Inc., and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You receive a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use these materials for your own spiritual and educational growth. You may not share, distribute, or reproduce materials without written consent.

 

Health & Wellness Disclaimer

The Services provided are not a substitute for professional medical care, psychological therapy, veterinary treatment, or other licensed professional services.

We do not diagnose, treat, or cure any physical or mental health conditions. Always consult a licensed healthcare provider before making changes to your physical, emotional, or medical care.

 

Results Disclaimer

Results vary from person to person. The Company does not guarantee specific outcomes or results from participation in any program, product, or service.

The degree of transformation and healing experienced is directly related to your personal participation, openness, and willingness to engage with the materials and practices provided.

 

Participation & Responsibility

By enrolling in or purchasing any Service, you acknowledge that your results depend on your level of commitment, participation, and self-awareness. You agree to take personal responsibility for your experience and energy throughout the process.

 

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Services, use of materials, or reliance on the information provided.

 

Termination of Access

The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to any Service at its discretion for violation of these Terms, nonpayment, or disruptive conduct.

 

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising under these Terms will first be submitted to mediation or arbitration in Virginia before any court action. Both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution before pursuing further legal remedies.

 

Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most recent version will always be posted on this page, with the effective date listed above. Continued use of the Services constitutes your acceptance of any updates.

 

Acknowledgment

By participating in or purchasing any Creating Harmony offering, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
